It's not the sill plates i need. It is the sill panel... Sill plates go on the inside. There are 4. 2 in front and 2 in the rear. The sill panels are on the outside. There are 2. One on each side....

Bob, like everyone has said. There could be a few things cause the problem. But one thing no one has mentioned is the transmission main shaft. If it is worn more than .002", it will jump out of gear....
