OR....maybe that wire(s) is/are LOOSE at the switch. Just work thru it systematically, one step at a time, so that you KNOW where the problem WAS! DD

You're gonna find that these "light" figures are pretty-much correct for a 5/16" bolt, depending on the actual GRADE of steel used. 3/8" bolts are going to require a little more 'oomf' to snug 'em...
