Lift gate is typically an extra charge. Usually only $30-$40. did they make you pay in cash? If they did then lodge a complaint against your shipment.

What email program are you using. Are you using the built in windows mail or 3rd party. If you are not using Windows mail then that would be the problem as the default mail client is windows mail.
