Shim ID. 32?

In amongst the parts from my 32 there appear to be two shims. They appear to have been stacked together in one location rather than used in two locations. They might not be 32 parts. Does anyone...

My experience (limited) is that they tend to be on the tight side, rather than loose.

Re: Need some help identifying these hubs/drums

I think it may be a mis spelling of 1-3/4" If that is the width they are 32-34 and made for 1-1/2" shoes.

Re: Custom 1939 Ford -- Really!

Not really any 39 Ford content other than the front fenders, lights and wheels.
"Normand started the build with an MGA body, a Ford flathead V8, and a Cobra replica chassis. The MGA body needed...

Re: Deleting old messages from PM box

An alternative way to do it, which might be better if you want to read the message first, is to open the message and look lower down the page, there is a button which allows you to delete the...

A couple of 32 questions.

1, On a 32 two door sedan, there are 3 wooden floorboards plus a toe board. What would these have been finished in?
I wondering if they were low gloss black?
How about underneath?
2, On a 32...

Re: flathead engine stand

One man job. Does it have a hole for a bar to go through? I use a 30" bar on mine and can turn it over. It's a bit heavy when fully built but still do-able.

Re: Mart's Update 2021 Episode 19 Part 1&2: The 32 Sedan body goes on!

Thanks Fellas.

Re: Purpose of the spring around the OD of brake drum ?

Re: 16/27 cluster

Agreed with above. the gearset is usable as a complete set but no interchangeability with anything else. It is virtually impossible to use that gearset for a closed drive conversion too.
If you want...
