1936 cabriolet club coupe interior color

Does anyone happen to know what the correct color of leather interior was used in this model. I see lots of different color browns but what was the correct color used. Pictures would be a big plus...

The front axle is lower about 2 inches.

Kube I guess I’m missing something. If the line only protrudes past the fitting about a half inch. How would it suck gas from the bottom. As the car uses fuel it would fall below the gas line and air...

I agree with that. I had a similar problem and the points were dirty and the point gap was way off. I cleaned the points, adjusted them correctly and there was spark. Check your point gap.

There’s also a cork gasket on the inside of the pan. How is that held in place.
Also the rope gasket I guess just gets tucked in the grove?

Thanks for your reply. How do I separate the outer cap from the inner cap. I want to change the rubber boot above the outer cap. I think I have to remove the wires from the cap to do this.

I have tried to remove the spark plug wire caps on both sides of the distributor.
Is there a special way to remove them. I have it loose but the wonít come out.

Thanks fellas screwed right out. That one thing out of the way when I have to install the oil pan. Itís a tight and every little thing helps.

Hi Kurt yes that was done. It just didn't have that smooth sound. The shaft seems to be off. Maybe its the spring and drive that's causing it to wobble.

another problem I have with the pan removal is the dip stick. is there away to remove it without removing the rivets. does that tube come out. Its a big problem taking out and putting back the pan....
