What makes you say that?

For the same resistance, the higher the voltage the lower the current.

What would be used on the vehicle that would draw more than the car on 6 volts?

It's actually a very good question. Pennsylvania requires vehicle safety inspections to ensure that vehicles are maintained for safe operation. So if you are going to register it as a everyday...

Those pictures show the lever at the column is not in the correct position. Try to rotate the steering column anti clockwise.
