Front Motor Mount Adjustment

How tight should the center bottom nut be on the front motor mount yoke be? Should it compress the springs? Just tight enough to get the cotter pin in the castle nut?

31 Front motor mount adjustment

Can someone please advise me on how much torque there should be on the front wishbone motor mount? Should the bottom bolt just be slightly tight or pulled down tight? The springs appear to be halfway...
