Newbie brake question

We are talking about rear axles.
I have searched and found some of my answers. I have an a model chassie 30 model. Mechanical brakes, question is when i went to pull the drums off they were sagging...

Does mine count. It is a 33 truck with a 34 car chassie. It is a great driver with the 21 stud flathead and 3 speed trans. They shortned the frame and bobbed the rear bed down. I put 19 inch wires...
