I run 160 thermostats and it works always very well. IMO the engines should not run cooler than 160-180...and 200 is not a problem at all for a well built Flathead. But what do i know?

1932 Roadster windshield frame
as title says:
I'm looking for a used, patinated windshield frame with or without stanchions, either stock height but not more than 2" chopped.
could buy a new one but it's for my 40's style...

well...not sure about that. My flatheads run between 180-200 in most all the different circumstances. So they're just perfect. Below 180 is not good for the engine, that's what I've been told.

@Ford38V8: you are right I don't need to prove that it is my car BUT they don't accept here "just" informations in books or so...and there is no VIN number on the chassis so we have to stamp one in...
