Completely rebuilt by reputable rebuilder, can drive car with transmission functional right now. This is a Borg Warner electric cable overdrive from a 50 Mercury set up to work in a 41 Ford Tudor....

It's not the current, it's the voltage drop. At 6 volt, you need larger wire to maintain the brightest light possible. If you want to use incandescent bulbs id go at least 14.

True. If you wanted to use it in conjunction with the original wiring, reverse the coil connections.
Depends on what your goal is.

If you can't see it in the picture, the 30 terminal is for source. Has to do with the arc breaking in the relay. Will work if reversed, but that's from Bosch.

I tend to get a little OCD on the wiring sometimes. Another option that I use are "Blue Sea Systems" fuse panels. Marine grade and lots of options. Prices are good also. And relays that are reliable...

I have to retake my pictures of my switch, i guess they are too large an image to load. I made a small panel that mounted at the lower edge of the dash to mount everything in.
