fuel out of the carb, that is only my opinion. From a distance I do believe you have
an internal fuel leak,...

#2 and #3 are probably correct, however if the power valve at the bottom of the
acc pump well leaks ( who knows why...it happens ) you will run rich. Max will be here
momentarily.

Do not be tempted to move the w/p pulleys....they are more fragile than you'd
guess. Have you tried the gen yet to see if it's pulley lines up with the pumps ?

I run an 8BA in my '32 p'up with those pumps with no alignment issues. My crank pulley
is the sheet metal design ,the spiral is part of the neck. I use a single wire alt vs gen,
with a fan mount...
