Finally. The right bulbs to get. And a great tip on making that 6v bulb a little brighter. White paint and or cupcake foil! Thanks all.

An nearly as I can determine, they are equal depth slots. The would explain why the buns don't fit. But the bulb from Vintique and Mac's are staggered. Se photo. That would explain why they don't...

The slots don't seem to be staggered. They just don't align with the nubs, While one nub has a slot, the other nub is too deep.
