Of course there is a tool for it. One side fits the swollen nut the other fits the nut when the chrome cap is stripped off. Had this issue when I helped my son-in-law do brakes on a Ford Focus.

Got it working, unwound and cut off some of the Nichome wire and got it down under 3 ohms.

Probably the thickest phenolic you can find, I only see aluminum with a vacuum port, you may have to drill your own port.

I remember my Uncle having a doodlebug with 2 transmissions, I think it was built on a model "A" frame, he used it for a large garden.

Not sure what computer/tablet/phone your using but if you crop the picture it will usually upload, I downloaded the dumbest photo editing software I could find for my iPad and only use the crop...
