Re: Fan cracked!!

I have had fan blade break while driving. Not a pretty thing under your hood.

Replaced with two blade aluminum, no problems since than.

I would just dump your old one in the trash.

Re: Biggest scare in a Model A

Rear tire blow out.

Fingers crossed! My only serious problem in 60 years.

These cars are antiques. There are real reasons why our everyday cars have evolved over the last 90 years. The Ford...

Re: steering stabilizer

Rebuild your front end completely and correctly. Don’t forget the front spring and...

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

First, I would like to give you credit for attempting this project.

Second, before any of us change anything on our cars, please understand what...

Re: NICE COUPE ON mafca ONLY 7000......

I don’t understand why this conversation keeps going on!!!

Every used car is different. What I might think is perfect, you might consider a 50 footer.

There really isn’t a set price for a 1930...

Re: Bouncey Car Needs Shocks

Why not rebuild or replace your stock shocks.

Maybe more money but there are number of really good reasons to stick with what came with the car.

Back in the day, people even than questioned why...

Re: Every 500 Miles!??

Just adding a little more fuel to the fire.

The difference between a war story and a fairytale, one starts with once upon and the other starts with this ain’t no shit.

Re: Model A prices...going which way?

I look at owning a Model A as a pleasure, a piece of antique art that I can sit and look at, work on, and drive. What more can I ask for? Oh! Our grandson loves to ride in the rumble seat.

We...

Re: Every 500 Miles!??

Your going to open a real can of worms asking this question.

My feelings on oil changes is like “Eating an Apple a Day”. It can’t hurt, and it might help.

I change oil and lubricate every year...

Re: Seat Springs

I bought ours from Mac’s. Fit right, very firm. Enjoy.
