Difference between the two hand brakes 1928/1929
I am wondering is there a difference between the craw foot on a early 1929 pistol grip break handle and the and the squeeze handle late 1928 both are mounted in front of the shifter not the side....

Fuel drain out of the carb? Fuel shutoff OK? Carb clean? rings free? Put a little Seafoam in the engine to soak the rings lose. Carb bolts tight to the intake...

Buzza some of the oil you are seeing could be coming from the oil return tube gasket an easy inexpensive repair and that might be what you are seeing on your pan gasket ? It might be worth a look ...
