Fender help

Hello all, I have a 31 Victoria and it needs rear fenders bad. I came across a nice set of 30 roadster rears.

31 steering column

Hello all, I pulled my fill plug on my 31 banjo and it is loaded with sludge.
What is the best way to flush out the gunk before I refill?
