front wheel hub for 46-48 Ford stud removal

Are the studs in the front wheel hub swedged in like the rear ones? I need to remove the studs and don't want to mess something up. If they are swedged in I know they have to be cut to remove. thanks...

Howells Sheet metal list a "rear panel for a tudo"r part B-32HS for 160.00 looks like that is the one, the pic is quite small on the site. Is Spadaro a Howells dealer?

removing manual fuel pump going to electric

If I remove the manual fuel pump, use a block off plate, install an electric pump, is there anything else I need to do? Someone told me once I need to plug a hole in the bottom of the pump location....
