Re: Bonnie and Clyde

Yes, but there is only one original and it is very easy to tell the original from the replicas. Agreed, the last I heard was that the real B&C car was on display in Nevada.

Re: Bonnie and Clyde

According to my reference sources, Miss Warren, the original owner, had to fight for months to get this car back. Not sure how accurate the news story is.

I found antique car window guy Chris Blatty over there at H.A.M.B. and the guy named "FLOP" is the metal working god. He has brought some rusty stuff back to life and his threads are worth the...

Mind Your Own Business Coupes

According to reference materials I have, Ford Motor Company did not produce any car called a "Business Coupe" or a "Business Man's Coupe" during the 1937, 1938 and 1939 model years (I won a $50 bet...

Re: 1937 Ford Speedo?

What years...

Re: Middle of winter

I live in the Chicago area--cold weather don't stop me from driving my 1937 Ford. If there is no snow on the ground or salt on the roads, I will drive my Ford. The coldest temp I drove my 1937 Ford...

Re: Never rent your car to the studios

In 1941, when Tobacco Road was produced, they "wrecked" a brand new 1941 Ford. That "wrecked" Ford was purchased from the studio by one of the stuntmen, who rebuilt the car.

I have heard mostly...

Re: 2020 eastern nationals

I am going to try to get out here to this one. I love Colorado; been there many times. We go out there every couple years. Visited Alamosa and Great Dunes on one of the trips.
