I will check the bushing hopefully this weekend yeah i wouldnt have thought to look for a dirt dobber but they have a way if screwing up things. Thanks guys I appreciate the thoughts keep em coming.

It may sound stupid but the adjusting screw not making any difference sounds suspicious, wonder if a gasket under the carb may be blocking a port on the carb hmmmmmm just a thought, good luck.

The tires aren't new but I had them recently balanced I hope its not them boy would I feel stupid. I did replace a clutch in a jeep one time when the only thing wrong was the transfer case had...

I have had a similar vibration before in a ford p/u it feels the same I had another drive shaft laying aroun so I put it in and the vibs went away so I checked the shaft first and found the movement...

Im new to the flat heads but its not taking long to fall in love with them good luck. And by the way do you do "shop cleaning" mine needs some real help

I dont think that I have the wrong ujoint because it was a pretty tight fit up untill the last bit before the ring goes on. There is a worn place on the inside if the holes where it looks like about...
