dual master cylinder conversion
hi
has anyone converted to a dual line master cylinder and retained the underdash power brake booster on a 58 fairlane 500? what master did you use (drum brakes) and what was involved with...

bill is correct. d1 is first gear start then shifts to second and high gear. d2 is second gear start and shift to high. the only way to hold second is to pull shift lever to low after trans shifts...

I installed the trans dapt 2584 and have good pcv now. the holes in the spacer are slightly larger than the carb butterflies and holes in the intake but it does not seem to have any performance...

I have been watching ebay but have not seen exactly what I need. I do not want to drill or rig a spacer but want a bolt on item instead. I appreciate all of the help that you all can lend!!

well I talked to tee bird products and they did not have the correct cylinder but did have a seal kit. I figured what the heck-it's worth the price to see if it will work so I ended up installing...
