Mike, if I was to show this post to the wife, I know she would jump at the chance to go somewhere warm! Question, when you had the 16" wheels on your Victoria, did the tires rub the front brake rods?...

Does anyone have an issue with a small diameter tire/wheel combo rubbing the brake rods?
