How fast to go isn't nearly as relevant as how fast can one stop given the Model A's mechanical brakes compared to the ubiquitous disc brakes on all the other cars on the road. Think about it.

The shock arm is incorrect - one way to tell is it should contain an obvious factory bend - google to see what the OEM part looks like.

There is an electronic - solid state - turn signal switch that does exactly what you are looking for that runs on 6V or 12V, LED or incandescent, works both brake and turn signal lights correctly,...

Pure Gas - IOS/IPhone is a good app for finding gas.stations (nearby) who sell gasoline that contains no ethanol. I don’t know whether there is also an Android version of this same app.

To reiterate: my transmission somehow slipped into two gears at once thus locking up the whole drive train. The shift-lever rod also slipped out of its position, and was lodged against the tower...

A club member got in touch with me, and explained how he solved this problem that involves use of a rubber-head mallet. He started by explaining the shifter is wedged up, and the only way to "undo"...

I have a prof-restored Marvel installed with a prof-restored Zenith side bowl under the seat on my late '31. So far the Marvel is more reliable, more powerful, and doesn't leak. YMMV.
