FYI Go one step farther and look for Filko 75 U Point sets. They show up on ebay once in while. Neat thing is that they have a capacitor attached that eliminates the condenser entirely...Only...

FROM experience with same problem... Take the carburetor off and clean it out.. Sounds to me like you aren't getting an gas through the carb..

FYi: Look at the outer bead... Looks like a 32 wide bed pickup fender to me. Does not appear to have the 1/2" wide bead. Need more closeup photos and measurements. Wide bed 31 fender measures 12...

My suggestion... Buy an Aires muffler. It will have the correct flange that will fit your manifold. AS far as I know it is the only one on the market that is an exact duplicate of the original Ford...

Just FYI, I simply take the heater door out and block it off with a baby food jar and replace it and in addition open the relief door for summer touring. always is a pain to replace the heater door,...

Leaking Zenith Side Bowl filter housing

Has anyone had any success stopping a repo side bowl filter housing from leaking. The one I have will not seal the draining plug. Leaks like a sieve!! Any ideas appreciated

Dual updraft intake manifold install

Put a compartment under your rear floorboard. Any reputable sheetmetal shop can make one approximately 4inches deep to clear the driveshaft, IF using a Michell grear splitter move it ahead as is...

Change the tires yourself. Use either soap or talc powder and use your feet to roll the tire bead on the rim. Give it a try, you will find how simple it it is to do as long at you are doing it @70+...

Unless someone knows more than I do, they are early 28 (AR) rods, Someone had a set for sale at Turlock last year....
