Yep, I'd say it was. Price for an armature rebuild was under $140.00 when I spoke with Al. While some might call that expensive, it is about what new armatures for regular generator are costing...

Thanks. I have an armature lathe and an undercutter, but I don't have the ability to rewind the armature. I have 3 or 4 that I need to have rewound.

Do we have anyone here that specializes in restoring Powerhouse generator armatures?
