Re: The Terry Burtz 5 main bearing engine blocks are back on track.

Re: The Terry Burtz 5 main bearing engine blocks are back on track.

Usually the old tried and true...

Re: Has Anyone Ever Found an Abandoned Model "A"

Farmer in a town near me had a '30 Tudor sitting in a corn crib for ever. You could see it from the road facing out.

Nice car it was all there and of course the SS still shined, had original...

Re: Colonel Sanders

Yes he was they had a write up about him and his Model A once in The Restorer!

A picture from the 50's had one of the Rockefellers in a Model A also but I'm sure that was purely political, one of...

Re: letting go

Sorry to hear of your health issues.

It is real hard to let go of a car like this one, that you have owned for so long and made a lot of good memories with.

Re: Collector Car Insurance

Two claims in a short period of time puts up a big red flag with the insurance company. You may have screwed yourself.

This puts you on their watch list as a liability. And they all share info...

I'm with noboD. Double-exactly.

Best thing to do is not post this here, but get back with them directly, face to face is best, and hold your composure and get this solved. You've been fooling with...

Re: Dearborn Hotel Update!

That's a great place to stay especially if you are a Ford devotee! Fun to walk the building and see the big matted prints of the early Fords T's-A's-V/8's-Lincolns plus the history of the place.

Re: Two piece crank shaft pulley

Lucky here. Used a two piece pulley from Rick's of all places in 1972, made in Argentina, and the dang thing is still going strong:eek:

Re: Prices Up ?

Re: Prices Up ?

Ah-HA now I see it! The guy was sour grapes because you wouldn't let him low ball you on the car and give him the chance to 'flip' it and make a quick buck.

Had he done that this same fool would...

Re: Will I fit in a Roadster??

I've noticed that too. You have to hunt to find overweight people in 1930's era movies too.

It has to do with fast food, supersize it, and corn syrup in everything we eat today plus the growth...

Re: Prices Up ?

I tend to agree.

I also believe that '30-'31 Roadsters, Deluxe and Standard, will always be in demand. The rodders want good ones too.

If you want to see what is popular look at what the...
