1952 Merc Parts Wanted

It’s a 3 speed on the column. I live in South Florida, so flat roads. Not many hills down here unless it’s an overpass.

1952 Mercury Diff Question
The gears on my 52 convertible need to be replaced. I’d like to run something a little taller than the stock ratio. Does anyone make replacement gears for these cars? Thanks in advance.

1952 Mercury door spline
I’m looking for the spline and door opening part for a drivers side two door. 52 to 54 looks to be the same. Length on the piece is 21”. My spline is so rounded out, the door handle will not grab it....
