Re: Need help ID body style

The coupe almost looks like a hot rod that was channeled. The cowl against the wall under the coupe is for a 1929 Town Sedan or Cabriolet.

Re: No reverse BW R-10

I see you've mentioned the rubber bands on the clutch and nobody has commented
on them, I can't believe having them in there could be good.

Re: flywheel housing shims? late production diamond block.

Don’t forget to account for crank thrust. Better if engine sitting with front pointing down.

Re: 1933 BB 1.5 ton PTO seals

The 1937 parts book show the PTO using felt seals. The green book shows the output
shaft seal as 51-7274-A NAPA number NOS8060 and the shifter seal as 8T-7274
NAPA number NOS5606.

Re: Electrolock question

It is a reproduction distributor for use with the armored cable for the Electrolock, except I don't plan on using an Electrolock, rather a standard ignition switch.

Re: 1950 Ford Tudor 8BA Flathead will not start.

Looking at your engine are you using a load-o-matic distributor? I don't think
it will work with 97's or dual carbs.
