Trying to save a original wooden seat frame, does anyone have any pictures how the wood goes together. It looks like they used 3" angle irons to hold the back to the side plywood, thanks Chuck.

Re: Bearings vs oil pressure

Re: Anybody experienced cast iron degradation?

I had this on a 59AB, while scraping off carbon I soon realized I was digging into the block. The cast iron was about as hard as pencil lead. No saving that one!

Re: #1 cylinder not doing it's share

Thom, Before you buy the new valves check the size of the stems. Tee' s will wear the valve guides, (the block), and you will have to use larger stems, good luck, Chuck.
