Correct, both are pre-war blocks with raised intake decks. The one on the left is factory relieved. Both came out of restored cars with the heads on them. I have a set of block letter ďAĒ heads...

Man, youíre speaking my language. Gray tones with black walls are simple but tough and yet very striking. Ford had so many great darker colors throughout the 30ís and 40ís.

These go at the front of the hood and were on my 41' pickup when I bought it.

These are not perfect, there is some light pitting and the chrome is worn thin along one edge. The threads are good....

You can always re-sell it if finding the parts are taking too long to find. That is my favorite COE out of all of them. I'd buy it if the price was right and had the room.....and had the time!
