Re: 40/41 vs. 42-47 pu hood hinges

Re-pop hinges are available for around $50.00, I believe 39 thru 47 trucks are the same, also think the car will interchange.

Re: 40-41 truck cab cowl section

The 42 thru 47 Ford truck cab, at least in the USA, is also the same as you are needing so should help narrow your search.

Re: 35-36 patch panels who makes good ones???

Nothing wrong with the EMS panels...they just need some minor "tweeking" to work, we just installed EMS panels on a 35 Roadster.

Re: Year of Explorer or Bronco rear with 5 X 5 1/2 bolt pattern

Look at the 67/72 Ford 1/2 ton rear ends also. They are the same width as my 46 Ford truck, and have the 5 1/2" bolt pattern

Re: 41-47 truck speedo

My 46 originally came with the 60 mph cluster, it had a Six cylinder engine with a 4 speed in it.

Re: Seeking IFS for 46 Ford Pickup

Installing a Fat-Man front end under my 46, so far so good. Installs easily, BUT...measure...measure...measure.
It lowers the truck app. 6".

Re: looking for an 12v fan for 47 truck, any ideas??

Mounted a Ford Escort on the front of my 46 radiator, just needed a couple of angle brackets to mount it, works fine.
