40 chassis

How do I remove, (without destroying) the needle off of my SW speedometer. If this has been addressed before, I'm sorry and point me in the right direction.

39 Deluxe Bumper
Very nice 39 Deluxe bumper, straight, no dents. Chrome like new, little discoloring around bolt holes, covered by bolts.

Read all the posts on 37-39 trim, 40 looks to just hook over the windshield frame and not attach to the rubber, can it be installed after the rubber and glass or must it go in first. Think I got this...
