You might check with Red's Headers. That's where I got the Best gasket set and bearings for my 8ba. I believe the bearings were King but I'm not positive.

The Ford narrow bolt pattern went through 1964 based on the 3 speed non o/d trans I took out of a wrecked '64 Comet with a 289 to install in my '65 Falcon which had both the narrow and wide bolt...

There is a thread over on the HAMB about a family that traveled from PA to CA and back following Route 66 in a '63 Rambler Wagon. Kind of long but worth a read, IMO....

I'm running tubeless radials on the wide five's on my '39 p/u. The rears hold air with no issues but for some reason the fronts loose air. I check every couple of weeks, not that big of a problem....

Thanks all for the good info. I used a universal Rebel wiring kit when I converted my '39 p/u to 12 volts. I used a universal ignition key switch instead of the stock switch and push button along...

Getting ready to completely rewire my '54 Ranch Wagon and convert it to 12 volts. I've read conflicting opinions on using the stock '54 6 volt headlight switch vs. using a 12 volt one from a '56/57....

I agree that the bats in the shop are a problem but look into how important bats are before advocating exterminating them. Figure out how they are getting in and seal the entry point off.

YandZ in Redlands, CA makes an excellent stock wire loom. Pricey but a direct bolt in so to speak and you can't beat the quality. Also Sacramento Vintage Ford has a good rep when it comes to wiring...
