I think the biggest problem would be the clutch linkage because the bell housings are different.......Mark

Ahhh.....I get it now....the cover is like a hip roof!!....I thought you meant it had a shape to the bottom that sat over the peak in the roof. When you said it left room for the crank...I figured...

I worked at a garage on the Maine Turnpike from ‘74 - ‘82. When a car came in with radials in the late ‘70’s it was a big deal!...everybody that changed tires came out of the garage area to look at...
