The biggest difference I see is rebuilding the shift tower. This can make a huge difference in shifting.
Pedal bushings and any other moving parts will also improve transmission performance.

The weather is going to be nice for the meet. Bring a jacket. I'll be mostly loaded with A parts.
Will also have lots of smalls. Plenty of 21" wheels. 3 sets

I set my brakes up with the fronts working first and the rears last. Big difference. Back in the day on gravel roads you wanted the rears to work first. All cars now the fronts work first.

Check the top of the bowl for a hairline crack. Usually on the engine side of carburetor. Will weep fuel down and drip off bolt. I went through 1 carb 4 times before I found it.

I'm not positive on this procedure. ... but read that you can adapt the A hub to the t front spindle. You remove the brake drum from the hub. Then you place a spacer about 1 inch ? On the spindle....

I also make my own cork gasket for the Tilly and Marvel. The Guy in Texas does a excellent job on rebuilding both types.

I'll focus on the coupe. Could be AR, multi disc clutch and a pile of other things. A set of tires and new battery, I could have it running in no time. Hopefully block is not cracked or radiator bad....

Good to hear you got it fixed. One item people overlook is the front spring. Does the spring still have a good arch? Most have become flat over time. This will effect the front end also.

If your in the East,then Luray Va. Is the place. The Mid Atlantic pre war swap meet is held in May. Lot's of T stuff, but the A parts were right heavy also last year. Good place to find nos parts.
