Chris, for your horn resistor an approx .5 ohms wire wound is required. Macs and others sell a wire resistor for horns. For my 6 volt motor driven horn running on 12 volts I used the wire resistor...

Chris, those H4 Qh bulbs I would not be using because for a start you would ruin those original 1932 headlight reflectors by cutting them to fit the H4 sockets. Better to buy LEDs with a BAy 15...
