1936 club cab rear window

My rear window will not stay up. The pins it attaches to seem to be missing something to hold it up. Attached is a picture of the pins and also one of the grommets. Where can I get new ones

Rear end drip

Have a rear end drip from the lower plug. Tried to tighten it a little but still has a small drip. What is the best way to repair this. 1936 Club Cab

I have it on a lift can't get it in. I guess i will pull the front apart. Sure didn't want to do that

I don't see anyway to go through frame on the bottom or fish it through the top. To long going through the top and can't get the flange and crossover portion through the frame on the bottom

Already removed the passenger side splash pan. I know i can use a Sawzall to get the old one off but there is not enough room to twist and turn the new one in through the frame
