SOLVED!!! It is, indeed, the pin for the pedal shaft collar! I replaced it with a new pin and had forgotten.

Oh no...it really was that much off. No, I have the "thick" end of the disc facing out. :rolleyes:

All the fingers are to spec now except for one which has it's adjustment nut soaking in Power...

I have the same problem...but I have to keep the GAV opened about 2 full turns open while cruising. (Oddly, if I turn the GAV back to 1/4 open the car idles higher and smoother.) Regardless...I too...
