,they heat the spring to below red then press it at 2"intervals until it curves the other way ,I would be asking for new replacements.

The filler should face up and to the centre of the car ,at least mine do ,may not be correct but when its on the hoist the mechanic can service them easer ? Facing in .on the front the fender stay...

The instructions that I have King sealy ,says blow into the fuel line ,I think this is confused often with blowing into the fuel Gauge line, a car pump should only be used on that (as said ) to dry...

To Clark ,On insurance work the colour match has to be spot on so if you start with laying down the base and top coating you have to stay with that ,

Oh yes ,You don't need a clamp on a 8BA the stats in the head ,just make sure they don't leak ,Thanks for the correction 36 ,

As far as I know Stats in a modern car circulate the water around in a circle ,doesn't go through the Radiator until its warmed up so having no holes is less of a problem ,a by pass hole maybe built...

Great find ,at the sides of the trunk you should have two side panels with five holes in them this takes the diamond shape part of the hinge, that joins the A bracket shape that's screwed to the lid...

I would say gas has got in it ,if nothing available try a Model A float and solder the arm the length you want ,or use a electrical wire joiner adjust it until your happy ,
