I use a product called fuel lube. It work to seal threaded joints in fuel systems and also lubricate fuel valves and petcocks. It is quite common in the aviation world.

Guys,
A flywheel is an energy storage device. It basically damps out the power pulses as the respective cylinder fire. Less mass/moment of inertia results in less damping effect.

Years ago I worked for Canadian Fram where we made automotive cooling fans and they dynamically balanced the blades and punched the hole in the optimum location.
