Re: 32-34 4 cylinder motor.

I built a 32 roadster in the early 70's and ran a Chevy 4 cylinder with the Merc marine equipment + a powerglide and a banjo rear. Drove it all over the country back when the speed limit was 60. Just...

Re: 32-34 4 cylinder motor.

I think this 4 cylinder thing to get where I'd want to get may make a FH look cheap? I'll just stick with something I know about.

8 ba Block

At 75 I'm not sure what I'm doing but I've ruled out a 4 cylinder so am looking for a good unsleeved, uncracked not real rusty, nice 8BA block. I've given up looking for a pristine 59L block which I...

Re: 32 Ford Tudor door alignment

I know it's a crutch but there is a company that makes adjustable male dovetails for the rear of the door. I always liked to get my doors fitting without needing the dovetail. Your picture of your...

Re: 32 Ford Tudor door alignment

I'm not an expert like David but I've done some deuce 2 doors and on several we had to work the hinges a little and install oversize hinge pins. I guess I've never seen 3/16 door sag at the front. I...

Re: Body Mounting Bolts

I'm not a purest 100 point restorer so I use button head bolts to bolt the bodies down on my deuces. They work real nice under the rubber mat or carpet.

Re: PayPal technical problem

I have had this happen a few times when a customer is trying to pay me. My PP address has a zero in it and they enter it as a capital O. So far PP has always straightened it out.
