Edelbrock 94 carb

I have an ad from Edelbrock showing the fairly new 94 carb, seems most things I find about it are geared to run 2 or 3 on a V8.

Re: block prep

Re: Some Mechanic's Books

Thanks for the book recommendations. This is the kind of info that comes in real handy, sometimes it all gets forgotten over time. These troubles we have have usually already been dealt with before.

Re: distributor problrrm?

My 94 tends to get too rich for its own good too, esp. in the warmer weather. Does better when it's cool out.

But yeah a good working over of the distributor oughtta nip it in the bud.

Re: First use of POR 15

Glad to hear about the POR-15 in use. I've always seen the vendors selling it but wanted opinions on real-life use. I'm not sure it's for me.

Interesting to hear of the Canadian F-47...that is odd they plugged the feed line to the filter, everybody has their ideas I suppose. Looks like a cool project, always liked the older trucks. Best of...

Re: Parts prices are killing our hobby

It is absurd when folks hoard parts and won't let them go. I understand having extras, but the guy who tells you at the swap meet that he has six "B" blocks on his shelves and won't let go of them is...

Re: Parts Scammers

I found a BS-er at a local swap meet a few years back. Told him what I was looking for, he said "oh yes I have a couple of those, got his phone number. Dad told me afterwards the guy was talking out...

Re: rechroming of bumpers

Best bet probably to ask fellow older car owners who the go-to guy is in Chi-town.
There seems to be a real drop in the quality of chroming from what I used to see at car shows 30 years ago. It's...
