Tim Hill, KR Wilson historian and collector lent me a hand, the tool was sold as a complete tool A-320. It is a flywheel dial indicator.

Crankshaft Flange Data
Looking for the flywheel mounting bolt and locator pin hole measurements in the flywheel. Measured mine, but would like to confirm with data from Ford drawings or from cad.

I found my steel channel to be distorted and dinged up to the point that the rubber would not go in. I made a small anvil to tap...

While the drum is similar the set back of the backing plate is different because the 35 backing plate needs to center over the rod thru the king pin.
