Great to save these old engines and parts as long as you have storage space,you might have it for some time.I saved an old Ford flat head block and parts,stuck with it for 4 years already!

easy to make tool,brass pipe plug drill and tap hole down center insert proper size screw and thread plug into block then snug up center screw.

If there is no vehicle inspection in your state for antique cars it is possible to get a windshield cut out of a sheet of safety glass with no markings,I had one cut from a scrap sheet.

I installed friction shocks on my ccpu in the late 60's,I think I purchased them from JCWhitney,they worked well then replaced them with more original looking after market shocks.

I don't understand the statement leaking out of the radiator cap,they cap should be tightly sealed to the radiator,leak would be out the overflow to the ground.

It is the size of the bore of the master cylinder that determines the pressure going to the wheel cylinders,smaller bore higher pressure.
