Re: Exhaust Manifold to Tailpipe gasket

Hey thanks for all your opinions.

Ya know, I thought you didn't need any input from me as it seems you all know it all, and all the responses just confirmed it.

Re: Generator Rebuild

You will still need to install it in the car and polarize it. Put it in, hook up the wires and take a jumper and just a quick touch across the cutout terminals. Should be good to go then.

Re: Finished overheat-proofing

Hmmm, perhaps if I drew one up. But since I have made my living wiring stuff to work, most of my info is just stuck in my head. I didn't write it down as I did it.

I can tell you this, if you take...

Nope, just kinda let it sit open for 2 weeks and blew out the head and water jacket as best I could with open ports because when I used the camera into...

No Tom, YOUR ammeter is wired into the circuit to show only what is flowing to battery. Mine is wired right off the ignition switch output and shows everything that is going on. See, I did the wiring...

Re: E brake handle not holding

Not so sure I would weld it up unless you have another to use as template for redrilling the hole. But I might consider a steel sleeve, again, position dependent on a template. If the wear is also on...

Re: Finished overheat-proofing

Yes, sneaky bastard that I am, there is a Denso 45amp self energizing alternator within the Powerhouse case, and the Cutout is shorted straight through, purely for looks.

Finished overheat-proofing

I know, I know, I have been reading threads on proper radiator cleanliness, water pump impeller size and drilled, but I think I have brought my '28 Tudor up to todays standards.

Boiled out the...

Re: Died while driving, now no start

Have you replaced the Terminal Box with an aftermarket one?

If so, check to see that both screws are tight up against the nuts, in other words, loosen the nuts all up to the rear one, and be sure...
