You can drill one of the timing cover mounting bolts and fabricate a pointer pin to fit it.

They are used in Bendix 20 or 200 series magnetos. I can get the number tomorrow if you still need it.

I had a similar problem with a 35 sedan, I loosened the rear spring u bolts, installed trans mount bolts, then retighten rear spring u bolts.

Thanks for the replies, this pump will be going together without a gasket. the gasket would add .008" to the pump clearance to cover.

Hi, Is there a gasket between the oil pump housing and cover on a 50# long style pump?. Also does any one have a source for the rivet installed in the oil pump drive gear and impeller shaft?. Thanks,...

I removed these pistons from a 1935 engine that I plan on rebuilding. I have never seen these type with the piston pin retained by a circlip in the connecting rod bushing. I am wandering if this was...
