Js not for a 38 truck or at least with the little one horn setup, on a 35 no relay is needed. But can't hurt. This is a new set of horns, so no idea or suggestions.

Buy the eth and burn it up. Don't let it sit in your car forever. granted I only use non-ox as it's available. Lot of guys use only eth all the time.

Decent choice, if you have ends you can make them from bulk wire. Takes about 12ft if I remember for a v8 flathead. About 4$ per foot most places for bulk. So 43$ is not bad.

Late post. Tenders are fine. Not sure there is any info in a garage burning down from a tender, electronic can be faulty I guess. Batteries like to be discharged and recharged, not constantly charge...

I'm not a dealer, but best gaskets are great. No issues.
Not sure older gaskets are made better. Don't know, never heard that. I think of them as a deteriorating item over time. Like rubber....

Slightly lowered my old 53 front using new springs. Everything cleared fine, which is strange you would have clearance issues with a stock replacement idler. Maybe I read all of it wrong. :)

I'm guessing this is a lowered car as well. Sidenote... Being there is no camber adjustment for fords 49-53 these brackets will save some tires. Think fatman sells them also. Probably a easy make,...
