I accidentally put my steering wheel in non x position when I rebuilt my steering box. I quickly changed it so I could see instruments as I had it before.

In Illinois I think this would be a salvage title. There are companies that specialize in getting a title for these cars. Need to have your ducks in a row when restoring an unlicensed car.

I use a pressure bleeder. Pump to 10psi. Walk around to each wheel with clear bleeder hose and open until no bubbles. I usually do it twice. You never need to worry about getting air or running out...
