Re: Unleaded Gas

A 1965 289 could go either way. If its a stock 195hp motor and driven easy you can

Re: B crank Bearings Who's are they?

The 4547 is a Vandervell bearing company bearing. It a a main bearing for an MGA 1622
motor. So that 12H676 is probably the same MGA bearing.
H&H used to also do it this way.

Re: B crank Bearings Who's are they?

I agree with Brent on this one. I have also been involved in this hobby for about the same

And the amount of toe you have should help you down a slippery drive way in the winter.

Re: Rear main oil pan seal

You can also use an early small block chevy front timing cover seal which is neoprene.
Its the 1/4 thick one, trim to fit and a dab of silicone at edges.

Re: Bill Williamson

And if he's not connected with a computer, maybe we can get an address and send him stuff by snail mail. He was also good about sending PM's with comments after we would post at times.
