Thanks to all...

Re: Now it's a oil Leak

Only put 4 quarts in it. I can see it dripping down under. Just got to take the plung and get under it and follow the leak to the source. Can't be too many things down there that leak. It's not...

Now it's a oil Leak

I took my car for a 50 mile ride this weekend. Great ride- no problems. Next day I notice a rather large oil spot on the floor- looks like at least a half of quart. Took a quick look underneath...

Re: Still having a problem running smooth with lights on

Finally success. Opened up the terminal box on the firewall. Cleaned all connections even though they all looked reasonably clean. I also noticed that the coil had some brown staining on it at the...

Re: backfiring

Have you checked the compression on each cylinder? My same problem was the fact that one of the exhaust valves was stuck open. If I was experienced I would have known by the lack of power, but I...

Re: 1931 roadster

Checked the wire coming out of the ignition switch going to the amp meter. Key off there is power. Key on no power. Everything here seems backwards to me but I'm learning.
