I made the mistake of putting 93 octane fuel in my ‘30 coupe. She was running fine before on 87. Drained tank, put paper filter in bowl, filled up with 87 octane, and she runs like brand new

I am rebuilding a Zenith 1 carb. How far do you screw in the secondary well. Until it bottoms out, or even where the treads start?

Can the float also be cleaned in the Gunk carb cleaner without any damage done to it? I won’t to try and clean everything as good as possible.
